Gaza Emergency Response

The Gaza Emergency Response by GlocalShift Foundation addresses the urgent humanitarian crisis in Gaza by bridging life-saving relief with long-term, locally led recovery. The programme provides critical support in health, food security, shelter, and education to families affected by the ongoing war, while empowering local actors to lead recovery efforts.

Through strong partnerships with hospitals, municipalities, faith-based institutions, and international donors, GlocalShift ensures that aid reaches those most in need — including children, women, and the elderly — with efficiency and dignity. The response has already reached over 100,000 families with food, medical, and shelter assistance, and aims to expand its support to 500,000 families.

Beyond emergency relief, the programme focuses on restoring essential services, rebuilding health and education systems, and strengthening youth employability and skills development to sustain hope and resilience across Gaza’s communities.
