Partner with GlocalShift

Partnership Driven

The aid landscape is evolving rapidly. The traditional model in which INGOs design and implement interventions largely on their own is increasingly outdated. Co-creation, grounded in robust context analysis, high impact, and strong value-for-money propositions, is becoming the new norm. Innovative partnerships with the private sector, national governments, and emerging East–West (EU–GCC) funding modalities are reshaping the sector.

GlocalShift is committed to leading this conversation — foremost by leading through example. We design fully co-created programmes that place credible national partners at the centre, ensuring they take ownership while we provide the appropriate level of support to give funders the confidence they require. Our team has previously played a key role in establishing philanthropic, governmental, and EU–GCC humanitarian and development initiatives. We now bring this combined expertise together to craft innovative funding partnerships across sectors and geographies.

To ensure our results are both meaningful and sustainable, co-creation and capacity strengthening with local partners form a core part of every programme we deliver. We live and breathe localisation — it is not only a principle but one of our central organisational values.
