Ziena Abu-Dalbouh

Ziena Abu-Dalbouh brings extensive regional experience in strategic development, venture finance, technical and industrial expertise, and multi-sector partnerships, with a proven record of driving economic growth through youth empowerment, business acceleration, support for refugee and vulnerable youth, and cross-sector collaboration across the MENA region.

She has led economic development initiatives across Jordan, Lebanon, Türkiye, Iraq, Egypt, and the GCC by improving access to finance, expanding access to market opportunities, and strengthening organizational and sector-wide capacity. Her work has set new quality benchmarks and built trusted partnerships with governments, INGOs, and private-sector leaders.

Ziena is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing, holds an MBA with a minor in Marketing, and a Venture Finance executive degree from the University of Oxford.
