Yannick du Pont
Yannick du Pont has worked for 30 years in higher (vocational) education and economic development, most of it as a founder of the SPARK Foundation. During his tenure, he has built economic and educational development programmes in over 25 fragile and conflict-affected states, including Afghanistan, Europe, East and West Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, Ukraine, and Somalia.
He is a member of the Netherlands State Development Cooperation Committee at the Advisory Council on International Affairs. He serves on the Boards of a few prominent foundations in the Netherlands and is a member of the DIHAD International Scientific Advisory Board (DISAB) at DIHAD (Dubai). He is also a lecturer in the DIHAD Master program “Sustainable Humanitarian Action.”
