Sarah Gonzalez

Sarah Gonzalez is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with experience in leading non-profit impact strategy, data systems, and impact reporting with a focus in education and employment of refugee and marginalised communities primarily in the Middle East and Africa. Her work supports both strategic decision-making and successful funding applications, contributing directly to the organisation’s growth and outcomes. Prior to her current role, she spent 20+ years in the private sector as a Certified Public Accountant and professional coach, managing complex reporting processes, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and leading multi-country and multi-disciplinary teams. She holds a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne and is an active member of the UK Evaluation Society’s Early Careers Network.
