Tender Notice — Procurement of Training & Mentorship Services
Opportunity Details
GlocalShift Foundation invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the delivery of entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and competition readiness support under the Gaza Stars Programme — a six-month startup recovery and innovation initiative targeting 300 youth entrepreneurs across the Gaza Strip.
The programme operates across two tracks:
- Track A – Startup Recovery (150 startups): Supporting crisis-affected startups to recover operations, restore market access, and rebuild sustainability.
- Track B – Innovation Track (150 participants): Supporting aspiring entrepreneurs to validate ideas and develop early-stage ventures.
Scope of Services
The selected provider will design and deliver:
- Structured bootcamp training for both tracks (36–48 hours per track, over 3–4 weeks)
- Mentorship sessions for semi-finalists and finalists (minimum 3 sessions per team)
- Pre/post assessments and M&E data collection
- Full training package in Arabic, with offline/hybrid contingency arrangements
Training must be practical, interactive, gender-responsive, and psychosocially informed, with a minimum of 40% female participation.
Required Qualifications
Organisation
- Minimum 3 years' experience in entrepreneurship training
- Ability to deliver in-person training in Gaza
- Capacity for offline/hybrid delivery
- Experience in fragile or post-conflict contexts is strongly preferred
Team
- Lead trainer with 5+ years' experience
- At least 2 entrepreneurship trainers
- Digital skills trainer
- M&E officer
- Gender/PSS focal point
